Lauren Koster and Alex Booker formalize partnership with new leadership roles

As the firm grows into 2026, Commonlight is announcing new leadership roles and geographic expansion. Lauren Koster will serve as Managing Partner for New York and Connecticut. Alex Booker, joining the firm full-time after several months as part-time Senior Counsel, will serve as Managing Partner for Massachusetts and bring Commonlight to the D.C. market.

Lauren lives in Manhattan, where she will focus on building the New York practice. Alex lives in Washington, D.C.
