Commonlight Legal exists because nonprofits, charter schools, and independent schools do important work — and they deserve counsel who has clerked for federal judges, served in state legislatures and federal agencies, published in their field, sat on boards, and graduated at the top of their class. The kind of lawyers, in other words, who usually work somewhere you can’t afford.
We built this firm to change that. We write like humans, price by the project, and treat every client as if their mission matters — because to us, it does.
